I think that the letter of reprimand from the Hartfields management sounds more plausible than someone deliberately making it up that they have been served with an ASBO. I think she was more annoyed about the fact that she had been complaining and that is why it was served.

I hear that the residents association is taking on a more strategic role in being more involved in management of services at Hartfields. I really think that is very positive and hope you go from strength to strength. This will provide a platform for balance on what is important for the residents and what is important regarding Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust and their partners, HBC and Leebell.

On the ASBO, it was a letter to a lady who was SMOKING OUTSIDE the entrance, obvious;ly, the wind of change was not in her favour that day.

Yes, I was told that they were realised it had to be moved given the strength of feeling. It can only be good and the quicker it gets built the better, especially if it is nearer to the homes which will have immediate benefits from it.

All residents should be pleased as relocating it nearer the homes of families will also mean we are nearer to getting it built! I hope to check for an update tomorrow and will let people know on here of any new information.

In half an hour a meeting will be taking place at Hartfields restaurant regards the Park with Director JRHT, Jaquie Dale. More as it unfolds, later.

They are still in talks bobo. That is good news to me as I really want them to get this right for this estate and Hartlepool as a whole. When I say this estate, this includes everyone living in Middle Warren, whether in apartments, houses or the retirement Village.

Thanks for reminding me to ring the retirement village as I kept forgetting as dealing with a few hassles!
